Sepehr is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dorfak Intelligent Systems. He sets the company’s vision and strategy, in addition to supervising operations.
Sepehr brings over 10 years of experience in investment management industry. Holding CFA Charter, he has comprehensive knowledge of financial studies besides his personal passion about new technologies.
Before founding Dorfak, Sepehr worked as Asset Manager of Kardan Investment Bank, where he was head of Investment Analysis team and managed several discretionary portfolios of high-net-worth individuals in addition to mutual fund and ETF fund. Before that, Sepehr was Investment Manager at Maskan Bank Brokerage and Kowsar Bahman Investment company.
Ladan is the Founder and chair of the board of Dorfak Intelligent Systems. She sets the company’s vision and strategy, in addition to oversight for all aspects of business development including client relationships and partnership opportunities.
Ladan has a unique blend of business and finance knowledge gained from more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Having studied MSc. Investment in Birmingham University added to her Engineering background, she started her financial work experience in Stratus Holding company followed by Dana Energy.
Ladan focused on the stock market once joining Agah Brokerage as the Corporate Finance Manager. Before founding Dorfak, Ladan was the Corporate Finance Director in Kardan Investment Bank where she supervised investment banking services, M&A teams, market making and underwriting.
